State law requires us to report Occupation/Employer information on all donations of $100 or more.
Your maximum donation is $400 per person.
Campaign contributions are not tax deductible.

Contribution amount & last 4 digits of your credit card number
Your name (as it appears on your credit card)
Your home address (including street, city, & zip)
Your occupation (if retired or unemployed, so state)
Your employer (if employed)
Contact phone number and email address
Any question, comment, or suggestion you might have for me. I will get back to you.
